Hendrik co-founded Ubimax in 2014 and led the company as CEO as it became an international provider of wearable-computing and augmented-reality solutions for frontline workers, growing to more than 120 employees.

TeamViewer acquired Ubimax in 2020 in a €130M+ transaction—ranked among Germany’s ten largest startup exits that year. Hendrik then joined TeamViewer and became Chief Product Officer, with responsibility for product portfolio, strategy, innovation and M&A.

Dr. Mike Eissele

Technology leader · Platform builder · Global R&D executive

Mike joined TeamViewer in 2009 as Head of Software Development and became a driving force behind the company’s remote-connectivity product suite, including enterprise and IoT solutions.

He was appointed TeamViewer CTO in 2019, responsible for defining and executing the global product roadmap. By the end of 2023 he had contributed more than 14 years of technology leadership, product launches and international R&D development.
